Gift card credits are issued when a gift card is bought and redeemed.

To use a gift card online, enter the 16-digit alphanumeric code into the Gift card or discount code field at checkout.

To use a gift card in-store, present the respective email to our friendly team at the store.

Item(s) in new and original condition can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) with the exception of:

- Designs that were on final sale and/or were sold at more than a 30% and above discount

- Designs that were offered as 'deal of the day 'designs that were available at our11.11 Sample Sale

- All stationery products (i.e. greeting cards)

- Free Gift with Purchases

- Gift boxes and/or packaging
