How we are handling COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic is slowly building traction and evolving everyday here in sunny Singapore where we are based. Today, our Prime Minister announced more stringent measures that would help curb the spread of this virus and we believe that we must do our part to be responsible while continuing to operate.


Retail Stores

As of Tuesday 7th April 2020, 00:00 GMT+8, both our retail stores Vivocity and Wisma Atria will be closed till further notice. 

Last day for self-collection of online orders or repaired items is on Monday 6th April 2020. All self-collect orders that are not picked up by Monday will be able to opt for courier delivery instead ($3 will apply for orders below S$50).

Operation Hours 

- 4th to 6th April (Saturday to Monday) : 10am to 9pm

Online Store

Our Online store remains business-as-usual as long as our logistics partner, J&T Express, continues to dispatch.

1. According to the new and stricter measures rolled out on April 3rd (Operation Circuit Breaker), are you still allowed to operate?

Yes we are business as usual online. Online retail and related supply chains are allowed to continue operating. Please refer to this website here for more information:

2. Will my shipment be delayed?

There may be a slight delay in dispatching and delivering your order for 1-2 working days as due surge in online deliveries by courier. We seek your kind understanding and patience during this uncertain time.

3. Will I be allowed to self collect my online order at your office at Lower Delta Road?

We are sorry to inform you that we will not be allowing any self-collection of online orders from our office. As these measures set up are to prevent people from going out of their homes, we would like to help curb the spread of this virus by being responsible citizens.
