i’ve had a few necklaces from BIO and i’ve always felt that the hook is smaller than other brands so it’s a little difficult to wear it but other than that issue, the other necklaces were ok.
however, additional to that, this necklace has only 3 slightly larger hoops to hook on and it makes it even more difficult to wear it.

The additional clips are sized to match the rest of the chain and provide an overall dainty look of the necklace. Nonetheless, we value your feedback and will share it with our Production team.
Some of our necklace designs come with additional clips while others are attached to a 5cm extension. As your item is within warranty, you may exchange to another necklace with a 5cm extension or any other products of your preference.
