I’m writing to commend your staff Nazla and Diyanah (do forgive me if I’ve misspelled their names) who served me at your Vivo City outlet on 13 November 2024.

I came to By Invite Only to look for a helix earring as mine had broken in the morning. Diyanah made some recommendations on what she thought would suit me and even helped me analyse my undertone, determining that I suit silver jewellery more. She was not pushy at all but instead very patient, kind, and attentive.

After selecting a helix earring, I decided to replace my lobe earrings too and Diyanah again provided excellent service, helping me pick out a beautiful pair.

After making the purchase, I asked if she could help me insert the helix earring, as I was having difficulty doing so. She kindly obliged but she also faced difficulty inserted the earring. This was when Nazla stepped in to help. She determined that the piercing had been pierced at an angle and was rather narrow, hence the difficulty in inserting the earring. I told them if it was too challenging, I could go back to the piercing shop and have it pierced again, but Nazla said she would continue trying.

Both Nazla and Diyanah worked together to help me insert the earring, and finally it went through. I was thrilled and so happy with the way it turned out. Nazla gave me advice on how to care for my piercing which I was very grateful for.
