Our gold and rose gold pieces are plated with 0.5-micron thick 18 karat gold or rose gold.
Their bases often differ between eco-brass or 925 silver.
As our pieces are hand-crafted, they are often delicate in chains and connections.
Be gentle when adorning or removing your jewellery.
Refrain from having contact with perfume, lotion, or any other cosmetic product.
To clean, wipe them down gently with a damp cloth and dry with a tissue.

Unfortunately, the cubic zirconia heart piece of the first caroline ring I bought slipped off while I wasn't noticing and there was no repair available. This purchase was only made 2 months prior to the incident, I barely wore it out and took care of it well, so it's really disappointing.
However, I really adore the ring's design, so I bought it again! Appreciative that the team took the initiative to issue a 10% discount but I have more than enough points to get a 15% discount so it didn't exactly make up for anything. Hoping it's just a one-time occurrence, I would say buy at your own discretion (it's still a beautiful ring) and take extra good care of it!
