Safe For Sensitive Skin
Our pieces are free from nickel, lead and cadmium — the three most common irritants in fashion jewellery. Whether you have sensitive skin or getting a gift for a loved-one, we have made that consideration for you from the very beginning.
Designed In-House
Every piece is designed by our own team — never ordered from a catalogue. Each design is a deliberate creative decision, made with intention and care for the person who will wear it. This is what separates a design from a product.

Our Design Process
Ideation & Moodboard
Every piece begins as a conversation — with our customers, our data, and the occasions you dress for. Our designer sketches by hand and our founder Trixie reviews and refines every design & measurement until it earns its place in the collection.
3D Drawing & Prototyping
Approved sketches go to our factory for 3D modelling and sample production. Every sample is worn, examined, and stress-tested — for weight, finish, and how it sits against skin. Most designs go through multiple rounds of refinement. If it doesn't pass, it goes back.
Production & Quality Control
We engage an independent third-party inspection company on top of standard factory QC. We hold production to AQL 2.5 — an internationally recognised standard used by premium accessories brands worldwide and performs pull and/or drop tests on durability.

KEEP AWAY FROM
Perfume, oils, body lotions, harsh chemicals, chlorinated pools, and the sea. Apply any product before putting on your jewellery — not after.
DAY-TO-DAY CARE
Mild soap and warm water is all you need. Use a soft cloth to pat dry. Avoid scrubbing or abrasive materials. Store in a cool, dry place when not worn.
BETWEEN WEARS
Keep pieces separate to avoid scratching. The pouch or box your jewellery arrives in is a good home for it. Avoid storing in humid environments like bathrooms.

Can I wear your jewellery in the shower or while swimming?
Mild soap and water will not ruin your pieces but prolonged exposure to water, soaps, and chemicals will affect the plating over time. Day-to-day wear is fine — just avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, and oils. We recommend removing your pieces before showering, swimming, or entering the sea. This is also to prevent your pieces for accidental snags, tangling and damaged to its integrity due to activities such as hair-washing, hair drying and exposure to high heat or getting hooked on towels or clothing.
Can I wear your pieces to exercise?
As much as our pieces are made with quality and the thick micron plating is reinforced with an e-coating, we do not recommend exercising with our jewellery pieces. Prolonged exposure to sweat will affect the plating over time due to its slightly acidic nature. While mostly water, sweat contains lactic acid, urea, and minerals that contribute to this acidity.
Are your pieces allergy-resistant?
If anyone tells you that their jewellery are allergy-resistant -- run. Nothing can truly be allergy-free. If you are allergic to shellfish, no matter how clean the shellfish is, your body will reject it when ingested. In the same vein, we cannot guarantee that the item you have purchased may not cause a reaction despite our pieces being nickel, lead and cadmium free.
We have a money-back guarantee for allergy incidents. If you found that the item you have purchased caused an allergic reaction, please write in to hello@byinviteonly.shop with your order ID, photos and product name and we will get back to you as soon as possible. This will only apply once per customer lifetime.
