JUNIOR OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (PART TIME)

We are looking for a highly organised, meticulous and positive individual to join our team! We put priority in giving our customers an enjoyable shopping experience and if you have a customer first mindset with a high level of work ethic and integrity we'd love for you to apply. He/she will report to the Operations Manager.

In this role, you will provide crucial support to our warehouse team, ensuring the smooth and efficient process of our day-to-day operations. This position will be based at our office/warehouse in an air-conditioned environment.


What you'll do:

  • Oversee and work closely with the Operations Manager on the daily warehouse operations, including all inbound and outbound activities, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods
  • Execute outbound processes according to SOPs — support picking, sorting, and packing to meet fulfilment timelines
  • Handle inbound deliveries by verifying received items against purchase orders, and checking product quality and quantity upon arrival
  • Conduct quality control checks, ensuring all products and packaging meet the brand’s standards before being released or stored
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and scheduled stock takes, flagging and resolving discrepancies promptly
  • Coordinate retail stock replenishments and housekeeping items across our retail outlets in Singapore
  • Manage warehouse documentation, ensuring all records and documents are properly handled and filed
  • Support cross-functional tasks and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager or the team

What we're looking for:

  • Preferably Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics Management or a relevant field
  • No forklift or driving licence is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel is required
  • Experience using Google Workspace is a plus
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Demonstrate strong prioritization skills by effectively managing tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Take initiative, showing resourcefulness and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Show meticulous attention to detail and follow through on project
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team player
  • Have a positive can-do attitude, be adaptable to changes, and open to new ideas and feedback
  • Passion and/or experience in the fashion, jewellery, or retail industry is a plus
