This was a gift we chose for a beloved family member and it made her smile. Beautiful necklace.
We weren't too pleased, however, with the delivery/tracking service. The tracking number provided was constantly an error, citing "no delivery information". We had no idea when the gift was delivered. So what was meant as a surprise couldn't materialize as we had to ask her if she had received a parcel. Quite unusual for delivery services. It was only when we asked, then we were sent photos of evidence of delivery. The present also arrived later than expected as at the point of order, I had put in the overseas mobile number from where we reside and there was no issue. But we were then asked via email a few days later to provide a local SG number. Maybe this can be mentioned on the order form and managed more upstream?
