How do I join Crystal Club?
No sign-up needed. Once you've made a purchase with us and created an account, you're automatically a Quartz member. To access your points and order history, click the account icon at the top of the page, enter your email address, and use the one-time code we send you to sign in - no password required.
How do I sign in to my account?
Enter your email address on the sign-in page and we'll send you a one-time 6-digit verification code. No password needed.
Where can I check my points balance and redeem rewards?
Log in via the account icon at the top of the page. Your Crystal Club points balance and current tier are displayed on your account page, where you can also redeem your points for discounts.
Can I earn and redeem points in-store?
Yes. Points are earned and can be redeemed both online and at our stores.
Can I stack my Crystal Club discount with a promotion or sale?
No. One Crystal Club discount code can be applied per order, and it cannot be combined with any other promotions or sale pricing.
How do I move up a tier?
Your tier is based on your total spend over a rolling 12-month period. Spend S$500 or more within 12 months to reach Ruby, and S$1,500 or more to reach Diamond. Your tier is reviewed continuously, the moment your spend crosses a threshold, you move up. Learn more about how to maintain your membership status.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
Points are reinstated if the entire order is returned. Partial returns do not qualify for points reinstatement.
