We're opening our first Malaysia store in KL and we're looking for responsible and outgoing individuals to join our team. We put priority in giving our customers an enjoyable shopping experience and if you take pride in being helpful and delivering above and beyond customer service, we would love for you to apply.

This position is going to be based at our first retail store in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

With our new store in KL, we are able to better engage with our customers based in Malaysia, and showcase our brand beliefs and pieces more effectively. You will be instrumental in helping the brand grow to its best potential in Malaysia.

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Outgoing and not afraid to approach strangers when required.
• Genuine and sincere in helping our customers with their requests.
• Go-getters and someone who takes initiative.
• Happy to work with a small team and a good team player.
• Professional, honest, and has good work ethics.
• Able to step up and take charge to solve problems during uncertain or unexpected situations.

• Working directly with our office team to create a great in-store shopping experience for our customers.
• Assisting with styling customers in our latest pieces.
• Managing inventory, handling restocks, and making sure that the store is ready for our customers.
• Cashiering duties.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
• Processing online order collections or after sales services when needed.
• Lead and guide team members and train them for success

• Having 1-2 years experience in retail is an advantage

• Full-time position: 44 hours per week, 5-day work-week
